Our children talked about how the moon comes out in the night when it’s dark. We talked about the moon’s shape: sometimes a circle, sometimes a crescent. We even spoke about how it looks so huge when compared to the tiny stars up in the sky! Our children then made huge white and silver moons and pretended to become moons by wearing them around their waists!
